Key Responsibilities
- Run service on the dining floor with the kitchen, from bookings to how tables turn
- Maintain the service standard and coach colleagues live
- Recommend and pair wine confidently and help staff learn the list
- Cash up and complete the closing checklists
- Roster and train staff
- Order and manage stock
- Know regulars by name and win over first-time guests
Requirements & Eligibility
- Supervisory or senior floor background in a busy, quality restaurant (ideally 2+ years)
- Sound wine knowledge and a wish to keep learning
- A clear vision of great service that you hold on a big night
- A current Queensland RSA, with an RMLV or a willingness to complete it
- Availability on a seven-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays, and full Australian working rights
