A sponsorship opportunity is available if required for the Sous Chef / Chef roles at an oceanfront venue in Coffs Harbour, which belongs to an expanding hospitality group with fine and casual dining venues in Queensland and New South Wales.
The venue wants an experienced Sous Chef and qualified chefs. Its versatile space has a bistro restaurant and regularly hosts weddings, conferences, functions and live music events, and the ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Help shape inspiring bistro and events menus
- Help bring in new talent and strengthen the team already here
- Foster a positive working environment
- Lead and manage the kitchen team within KPIs
- Be responsible for food quality, portion control and presentation
- See bistro service through, and plan and run regular functions and events
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- High emotional intelligence and strong people management skills
- A proven record of running a fast-paced, multifaceted kitchen
- Attention to detail and quality control, plus an understanding of costing and profits
